By the way when coconut flour is used, the batter is thicker so it makes more like 5 fluffy pancakes.

Vanilla extract (to taste)
Cinnamon (a few shakes)
1 tbsp sweetener substitute
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder.
Cal: 65.5
Carbs 1.81g
Fat: 6.13g
Protein: 4.3g
These can be modified as well add cacao< blueberries, strawberries or pumpkin spices etc to make em yours. They freeze well and make for an easy breakfast or lunch. Enjoy
